3. Missing or Delayed Orders
If your parcel is late, please check with neighbors, household members, and "safe places" before contacting us.
Lost Items Policy: A parcel is officially classified as "lost" after 15 working days from dispatch.

4. Returns & Replacements
Faulty/Damaged Goods: Notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a collection and dispatch a replacement.
Incorrect Items: Notify us within 7 days. We will swap the item for the correct one immediately.
